Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team located in Rouse Hill, New South Wales.

The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, supervising staff, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves managing employees, organising work schedules, monitoring sales, handling stock, and ensuring that business targets are achieved.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage employee attendance.
• Train new employees and support staff development.
• Provide quality customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor sales and work towards achieving business targets.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and prepare operational reports.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Requirements:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business or a related field
• A minimum of (2) years experience in a Retail Manager role
• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail or fast food
• Prior experience working at a dominos store would be highly regarded

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example.
