Position: Content Creator (Marketing)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation

Location: Pyrmont NSW 2009

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join their marketing team in Mittagong, New South Wales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish text, photo, and video content across platforms (social media, website, etc.).
• Schedule and update marketing materials to align with campaigns and audience engagement goals.
• Write marketing copy, blog posts on industry-related topics, and promotional materials to advertise products or services.
• Plan and coordinate advertising policies and campaigns to support sales.
• Advise on strategies to reach target markets and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct or commission research to identify market opportunities and consumer trends.
• Apply insights and recommend improvements to digital content
• Assist in formulating marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
• Contribute to decisions on product mix, pricing, advertising, and distribution channels.
• Possess excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven with a proactive attitude.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related field
• At least three (3) years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related role
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to digital content
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic editing software.
