Our client McDonald’s in Cremorne is seeking two (2) full-time to Retail Managers (Fast Food Manager) join their team.

As a McDonald’s Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your role is to ensure top-quality service, customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence. You will manage staff, maintain standards, and drive business goals, aligning with McDonald’s brand and operational guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including food prep, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
• Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services.
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
• Supervise, train, and develop crew
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a secure and clean environment for employees and guests.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience as a Fast-Food Manager
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service or retail industry
• Must have prior experience working at McDonald’s and familiarity with McDonald’s point-of-sale systems and operational procedures
• Strong understanding of McDonald’s systems, values, and customer service standards.
• Computer literate and understanding of relevant software
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and marketing strategies.
