Position: Migration Lawyer

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses

Main duties will include:

• Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
• Call and meet with prospective clients
• Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
• Ensure files are managed appropriately
• Appear in courts and tribunals
• Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
• Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• A minimum of 3  years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law.
• A valid South Australian Practising Certificate
• Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service
• History of maintaining and forming strong working relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent time management and personal organisation skills with deadline focus
• Ability to maintain a high quality of work at all times
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak a second language would be useful but not essential
