Interior Designer Full Time

Position: Interior Designer

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Norwood SA 5067

Our client BoConcept is seeking a skilled and motivated Interior Designer to join their team in South Australia. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored design solutions using their premium furniture collection. You will manage the design process from initial consultation through to installation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high-quality outcomes.

Your job duties will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Consult with clients in-store and at their homes to assess needs and preferences
• Collaborate with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences, spatial requirements and lifestyle needs
• Prepare detailed design plans and mood boards bring design concepts to life
• Professionally manage the design process from initial consultation, through to installation
• Assist with planning and execution of special events at the BoConcept showroom or other venues
• Keep up to date with furnishing and design trends using design magazines as subscribed by BoConcept and any other sources available
• Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge associated with BoConcept’s furniture and accessory collection. This includes a thorough understanding of materials, construction, features and benefits

Requirements:

• Must have a level of skill commensurate with a diploma degree or higher qualification in relevant field (Interior design)
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience can be used to replace the required qualification.
• Must have at least two (2) years of full-time experience as an Interior Designer or similar experience
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Sound computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Very high standard of personal presentation
• Genuine interest in furniture and design.
