Salary: $76,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum

The Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and assisting with the smooth execution of our modular home projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues concerning contracts, projects, and services provided
• Manage all paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved
• Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions
• Oversee work performed by contractors and report on variations to work orders
• Prepare and review submissions and reports related to the organisation’s activities
• Collect and analyze data related to projects, providing reports on project outcomes
• Review and arrange new office accommodation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience as Contract Administrator
• Experience in providing contract administration within the construction/building industry highly regarded
• Must have knowledge of legal contracts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
