As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing user requirements, designing solutions, and developing software applications that meet the needs of our organization. You will be involved in the entire development life cycle, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent programming skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Design, develop, and test efficient and scalable software applications.
• Implement high-quality code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring smooth operation.
• Document development processes, specifications, and project progress.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least three (3) years experience as an Analyst Programmer
• Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer or a similar role in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#.NET, Python, or others.
• Experience in Unix/Linux
• Experience in Oracle/SQL databases
• API Development
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
