Position: ICT Business Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Sydney NSW 2000

Our client is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join their team in Sydney, New South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and business requirements documentation for system enhancements and implementations.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and support end users during system rollouts.
• Analyse data and business processes to recommend improvements to systems, applications, and workflows.
• Provide ongoing advice and support to clients regarding technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the IT industry
• Pega Certified
• Experience in Domain SME: Investment, Institutional, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Payments, Insurance, Financial Crime
• Hands on experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix: development, testing, support
• Experience with service virtualization via CA LISA DevTest (WSDL, Recording, Request-Response)
• Good experience working in Pega projects.
