Salary: $77,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking The Evolved Group is a Human Insights Company. They use advanced AI-powered technology and strategic consulting via their Evolved Thinking team to help their clients identify opportunities and optimise experiences. We are an award-winning company with a decade of success manifesting in continued growth. Based in Melbourne, they have grown internationally, now operating in the US, UK and New Zealand.

Human Listening is their AI-powered insights platform, a game changer in the research technology arena. Their clients use this platform to run their insights programs from end-to-end. Their point of difference is Conversational AI, which enables our clients to have human-like interactions with their customers. The Human Listening platform and Conversational AI are the key areas of focus for their marketing efforts.

We’re looking for an innovative Marketing Specialist to join them on their journey, playing a key role in delivering their next phase of B2B growth including:

• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Plan, manage and analyse lead generation campaigns and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our brand strategy.
• Create content for various channels to support our brand strategy and goals.
• Plan, manage and analyse customer journey communications from acquisition, activation renewal and referral.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Assist in ‘voice of organisation’ activities and insights projects including Consumer Experience Tracker, Brand Health, Advertising Tracker.
• Manage marketing platforms covering marketing performance analytics, marketing automation platforms, CMS and social media.
• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools for marketing purposes, including our CRM.
• Get hands-on exposure to our SaaS platform Human Listening / EVE projects/proposal writing/dashboard builder/survey shaper/analysis.
• Assist with completing larger projects including sales proposals and research studies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least four (4) years in marketing and market research roles, at a SaaS/ technology-led businesses.
• Highly analytical and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for marketing analysis.
• Highly customer driven and data literate. Able to interrogate marketing performance data and analyse market and competitive trends to build recommendations on marketing initiatives.
• A creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and industry developments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms will be advantageous. We currently use Hubspot.
• Hands-on CMS experience also preferred, but not essential.
