Salary: $73,000 to $78,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking three (3) skilled Motor Mechanics to join their team located in Epsom, Victoria.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service and repair customers vehicles to a high standard.
• Maximise customer satisfaction through servicing our customers vehicles correctly with no come backs.

• Report directly to the Service Manager, General Manager or Dealer Principal.
• Maintain close working relationships with all Workshop staff, Service department staff and Parts department staff.

• Successfully and thoroughly service and repair customers vehicles to a high standard and within the times prescribed by the manufacturer where possible.
• Be proficient in the use of a vehicle hoist and the tools associated with the servicing of vehicles and the related OHS policies to these tools and equipment as per employee handbook.
• Maintain a clean mess free work-bay
• Use the time clocking system to clock on and off the repair orders and maintain productivity according to industry standard
• If needed to help out other more junior team members where needed

• Perform additional duties as asked by management
• Attend training courses as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in relevant Automotive Trade
• Minimum three (3) years of prior experience as a Motor Mechanic
• Proven experience working in a dealership or service centre environment
• Knowledge and experience working with Mitsubishi vehicles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
