Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Toongabbie, New South Wales.
The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the real estate agency’s administrative and operational functions. The role ensures the office operates effectively by overseeing administrative systems, supporting property management and sales teams, coordinating office resources, maintaining compliance with industry requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the business.
The Office Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting staff, improving internal processes, maintaining accurate business records, and ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered to clients.
