Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICT Manager to join their team in Farley, New South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and information needs and recommend suitable ICT solutions and system improvements.
• Develop and support ICT strategies, technology plans, standards and processes to support business operations and service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate enterprise applications, software, cloud services, automation and related ICT resources.
• Oversee system development, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, releases and ICT support activities.
• Lead testing and quality assurance, including test strategy, planning, system/integration/regression/UAT testing, automation, defect and risk management.
• Lead automation strategy and framework development and support integration of automated testing into development and DevOps processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, technical teams and external service providers to resolve technical issues and improve systems.
• Coordinate ServiceNow implementations, migrations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and releases, including testing and production readiness.
• Monitor ICT risks, system dependencies, incidents and quality, and support appropriate security, data protection, access control and ICT governance requirements.
• Managed testers, automation engineers, developers, technical specialists, contractors and external service providers, including allocating and monitoring work and providing technical and functional guidance.
• Prepare ICT and management reports covering delivery progress, quality, defects, risks, incidents, resources and readiness.
• Maintain ICT, technical, testing and operational documentation and provide training, mentoring and knowledge transfer where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• More than ten (10) years of relevant ICT, technology, testing or software delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience in ICT systems, enterprise applications, software, cloud technologies, testing and automation.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical technology and system solutions.
• Experience coordinating ICT teams, projects, system enhancements, upgrades, releases and external technology providers.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise application environments.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices and technologies such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Strong experience in test management, automation, defect management, risk management and quality assurance.
• Understanding of ICT security, data protection, access control and governance requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership and organisational skills.
