Salary: $75,000 to $83,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client No Borders Law Group is a professional legal services firm providing comprehensive legal advice and representation across four key practice areas: Migration Law, Employment Law, Property Law and Commercial Law.

They are seeking a creative, motivated and experienced Content Creator/Writer (Marketing) to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing engaging digital content to promote our legal services, strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing and business development objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, create and publish engaging written, visual and multimedia marketing content across the firm’s website, social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Plan and execute content strategies to promote the firm’s legal services, webinars, professional events and marketing campaigns.
• Research and write website articles, newsletters, social media posts, promotional copy and other marketing communications.
• Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publication across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards for promotional videos, digital advertisements and marketing campaigns.
• Film, edit and produce professional marketing videos, corporate photography and multimedia content.
• Design engaging marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, banners, webinar promotional materials and branded presentations.
• Prepare and manage email marketing content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns and webinar communications using platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Create and optimise website content, landing pages and articles using search engine optimisation (SEO) principles.
• Monitor digital content performance, social media engagement and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Repurpose existing articles, webinars, testimonials and other marketing materials into engaging content for different digital platforms.
• Collaborate with lawyers, marketing specialists and other stakeholders to ensure marketing content is accurate, professional and consistent with the firm’s branding and objectives.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Multimedia.
• At least 12 months of full-time experience in relevant field.
• Demonstrated professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Experience creating engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Experience in video production, photography and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms, email marketing tools and content management systems.
• Understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing trends and content performance analytics.
• Strong organisational skills, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
