Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Carlingford NSW 2118

Our client is seeking a results-driven Retail Manager with 3 years of experience in the fast-food industry to join their team in Carlingford, New South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managed day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient service and compliance with company standards.
• Supervised, trained, and motivated a team of employees to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Prepared staff rosters, monitored attendance, and managed labour costs.
• Maintained high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and ensuring quality service.
• Controlled inventory, ordered stock, and minimized wastage to maximize profitability.
• Monitored sales performance and implemented strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Ensured compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Managed cash handling, banking, and daily financial reporting.
• Conducted staff performance evaluations and provided coaching and development opportunities.
• Coordinated promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or higher qualification
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Retail Manager
• Previous employment at Domino’s Pizza is highly regarded
• Experience in overseeing store operations, leading teams, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong ability to manage staff, control costs, and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
