Position: Marketing / Sales Promotion Officer

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Sydney NSW 2000

Our client is seeking a Marketing / Sales Promotion Officer to join their office located in Sydney. Your role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and advising on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting the companies visa services.

Tasks required include:

• Strategic planning and budget setting to hit new business development targets
• Identify, target and connect with new businesses across a range of industries to offer digital services
• Build strong relationships with customers and achieve company targets and budgets
• Working with the marketing team to develop new plans and strategies to support sales objectives
• Analysing data to identify both strong and weak areas of the markets and then working with the marketing teams to develop content to target these
• Strategic customer focused solutions by developing a consultative selling approach
• Communicating and negotiating with decision makers and influencers at all levels
• Proactively researching and developing new business relationship opportunities through cold calling and introductory sales appointments
• Utilise engagement and retention metrics, customer feedback, industry trends and creativity to develop revenue growth opportunities
• Interpreting sales data to predict and forecast future sale trends
• Ensure renewal of business at end of contract periods
• Conducting communication with sales Executives to identify and upsell existing business digital offerings including all available digital advertising platforms such as display advertising, video advertising, performance advertising, SEM, SEO, social media marketing and web development solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least three (3) years’ experience in marketing, sales promotion, or related field.
• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies
• Bilingual proficiency (English plus an additional language preferred)
• Great communications skills.
