Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee the administration of Supply and Service contracts of Industrial Conveyor Belting and related legal aspects within the business and the Oceania region.
Responsibilities include the following:
Review and negotiate new Supply and Service contracts for Conveyor Belting throughout Oceania and Asia Pacific regions along with variations to existing contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Arrange for the execution and exchange of supply contracts including service.
Manage new and existing Supply and Service contracts, including maintaining all documentation (electronic and paper) across the Oceania region.
Work with managers and installers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Advise and assist in the resolution of any issues which arise in relation to contractual and legal obligations for Conveyor Belting supply and services.
Liaise between managers, other company personnel, and clients concerning contractual obligations and related matters to Supply and Service of Belting.
Advise and report to management in relation to contract stipulations and variations, and outcomes.
Legal requirements of Supply and Service contracts through the Oceania region
Collect and retain data relevant to contracted supply and services.
Assist Managing Director on the legal matters of contract obligations within Oceania.
Assist Managing Director in relation to company HR and personnel matters (contractual stipulations and variations, etc).
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
OR at least 3 years experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed
Law Degree would be a large advantage
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an International Contracts Administrator or similar role in an Industrial market
HR experience an advantage
Attention to detail and legality
Confident and ability to negotiate Internationally
